Hi. What can be the reason for reconfiguration failure for qci-5 establishment?
After dl rrc reconfiguration ue is sending reestablishment towards eNB.
Only strange that I see in pcap trace is wrong arp settings: priorityLevel=7 and pre-emptions are 1 instead of 0.

If you have QXDM log there are debug log which can tell the actual reason for failure.

Hi. I think I found the problem.
In UE capability ENDC is not supported but in rrcConnReconfig msg for establishment of QCI5 I can see ENDC part.
So must be that UE could not decode properly and send RRC reestablishment with the cause reconfig Failure.
