  8. MCS vs. number of assigned PRBs vs. assignable bits in scheduler
  9. CFI (number of OFDM symbols for PDCCH) vs. MCS vs. % scheduling
  10. High MCS vs No. of RBs Allocated
  11. DL grant continuous or not
