I think your DAS is having PIM interferece, when you have PIM, DL is very bad but UL is fine.

No, you won’t find it by SINR, because interference is within DAS.
Try to do PIM calculations using you frequency components in DAS.
Try to monitor Cell level RSSI while few test users download continuously.
If RSSI is increasing while downloading, it means DAS is impacted by PIM.

You don’t have to check RSSI of handset from serving cell only. You have to monitor RSSI of cell from eNodeb counter.

This seems interesting. It might be due to the FTP server connected with both UL and DL.

please do HW check ,maybe swapped cables or radio unit failure .
