MOS values of AMR-WB and AMR-NB with Polqa algorithm

Hello all,

Please in which case the Mos values on AMR-NB is greater than mos values of AMR-WB?
It is a 3G network, the algorithm used is POLQA and the speech coded defined is AMR-WB 12.65
