From the signaling message can we know if site is LTE-only or EN-DC?

Can we know from the signaling message in layer, which site is LTE-only site, and which is EN-DC?

LTE-only sites only ask UE capability about EUTRAN, EN-DC will ask also bout NR capability.

Adding to what Hainm mentioned, in LTE SIB2 if UE sees upperlayerindication set to true, UE can assume that the LTE eNB possibly supports endc/DSS/interworking with 5g. Later during the attach procedure, network will get the endc feature list and combo list and accordingly activates the endc.
