ENDC cell addition failures due to RACH degradations in NR

Hi Experts.
Are there any cases where we get ENDC cell addition failures due to RACH degradations in NR?
Is it counted in drops or ENDC setup failures in different vendors?

there is one raison When Msg3 is retransmitted too many times more then max HARQ retransmission & preamble transmission is reached ,RLF is declared

Hi experts,

We are observing a scenario where EN-DC retainability suddenly degraded, but there were no obvious triggers:

  • No operational/configuration changes
  • No alarms
  • Increase in RACH failures

From the same day, we also noticed a shift in Timing Advance distribution, suggesting possible cell overshooting, however:

  • No increase in attempts or traffic load
  • No changes in tilt, power, or parameters
  • No PCI conflicts detected
  • No neighbor site outages

Has anyone seen a similar case?
Any inputs on what could cause EN-DC retainability degradation along with RACH failure increase and TA shift, despite no visible network changes?

Thanks in advance.

Did you perform site audit for any physical change at antenna? Investigate why the TA distribution is changed suddenly? Also verify if TA pattern at LTE changed too?
