I hope this message finds you well. I realize my response might be a bit delayed 
, but I have a technical question that’s been on my mind.
It’s about the implementation of E-UTRAN New Radio – Dual Connectivity (EN-DC) across different vendors. I understand that Nokia has developed a way to manage EN-DC connections without necessitating handovers (HO) However, it seems that not all vendors have this capability.
We tried to implement without HO, UE is trying to reestablishment because of reconfiguration failure.
Could anyone share insights or thoughts on how this might be achieved without resorting to handovers? Any technical explanations or pointers would be greatly appreciated.
