Does 3GPP support MN to MN HO with different SN?

Hello Experts.
One query regarding EN-DC mobility.
Does 3gpp support MN to MN HO with different SN?
For example, we want to do mobility from (LTE1, NR1) to (LTE2, NR-2) cell.
So, far I believe, handover is possible with MN-to-MN without change of SN or SN-to-SN without change of MN.

This is how it works:

First: LTE1 → LTE2 HO + release NR1.
Then, add NR2.

Thanks for the kind response. Following image depicts that 3GPP support MN to MN HO with different SN. (3gpp TS 37.349)
