Custom Icons in KML not showing in Google Earth

Hello Experts,

First of all, I would like to thank you for the incredible work you are doing for the telecommunications world!

Regarding the Brazil Operators KMZ 2020 report, I have downloaded it, but I have a doubt: when I open it with Google Earth the images where the Operators’ antennas appeared as an “X”.

Brazil Mobile Operators - Map with Location of all Stations (Sites ANATEL)

I have a 2019 KMZ from Anatel that KMZ appears with the operators logo.

Is there any workaround for this issue?

When it happens, it is usually a problem with temporary paths…

If Google Earth do not show the icon image at the placemark, something is wrong with URL (the path, inside KML showing where icon images are stored).

Are you opening it from inside compressed (zip) file? (With double click)
It may cause it open via temporary paths.

If so, please try to extract the file (KMZ) to a folder. And then, open it.
