3GPP message to check if UE support ENDC

Where I can see in 3GPP message if the UE support EN_DC_3A-7A_n1A?

Hi,

During UE attach to 4G network, enb ask UE about its capability.
If enb supports NSA, enb will ask UE to report its EN-DC capability also. And UE will follow to report its ENDC capability in UE-cap-info message.
