X2ap cause_misc_unspecified
What all possible reasons for this Counter to be spiked in eNB?

Vendor is Samsung.

Any help here?
The counter description says the HO cancel message is transmitted to target eNB due to reest to source eNB during X2 handover.
Can it be because of ping pong ?

Yes, due to ping-pong handover, lack of dominance and too much overlapping.
