Will there be a Telecom and ICT recession in 2023?

Yes, in Europe are places like this as well on a regular basis.

Signal strength seems low.

True actually but Indian scenario is bit different from the European countries.

With 2 bars, I am still hoping it’s > -105 / -110 dBm.

In Europe, small cells are needed in every Mcdonalds, KFC, Burger king etc.

Exactly, small cells, FWAs are key game changers.

And not macro cells.

Data cost is among the lowest in India that’s why operators in India are suffering with lower revenue and not enough capital to invest.

You know a subscription in 5G in Switzerland is over 100 Euro per month.

People expect quality for this kind of money.

Indoor coverage must be maintaned by Small cells and rural via FWA.

In India, it’s max 4-5 Euros :joy:

Spectrum cost is also quite high in India as compared to other countries.

In Monaco ARPU is 140 euro per month.

Really ?

Yep… Very cheap data.

That’s crazy.

Now talking about this

I think rainy days are coming.

Lots of contracts will be canceled, contractors without perspective.

Because in India there are ample of users.

Same in my country: 5 Euro per month unlimited voice data and SMS plus roaming in europe very cheap.

Like Nigeria but prices there are still high.

In India there is 60 Mbps and unlimited data in FTTH for like Rs 600 i.e. less than 8 dollars.

For a gamer like me🥺
I have to relocate.
