Hi Wi-Fi experts,
I’m troubleshooting a case and could use your insights.
Does anyone know what could cause an Access Point (AP) not to follow the expected RTS/CTS behavior?
Here’s the scenario:
A station sends an RTS at 80 MHz bandwidth, so we expect the AP to respond with a CTS also at 80 MHz. However, in my testing, the AP replies with a CTS at only 20 MHz.
The AP is Wi-Fi 7.
Any ideas on what could be causing this behavior?
Thanks in advance!
