Why PRB is divided by 10 here in Average PRB usage formula?

Hi All.

Please confirm why PRB is divided by 10 here in Nokia formula:

  • Average PRB usage per TTI DL = (LCELLR.dl_prb_util_tti_mean/10)

  • Average PRB usage per TTI UL = (LCELLR.ul_prb_util_tti_mean/10)

Average PRB usage per TTI

It’s usually done to get the utilization correct up to 1 significant digit.

Due to use of muMIMO and other such functionalities PRB assigned can be fractional so it is recommended to get values after decimal as well.

It’s internal way of providing correct values.
