Why is the PCB size so important for good wireless performance?
Because it is a part of the antenna!
Most PCB antennas consist of two parts: the radiating part (the one that we all call โantennaโ) and a ground plane. By choosing a PCB that is too small, you are setting up your antenna for failure.
