Why MIB and SIB path is different in LTE?
MIB and SIBs belong to same logical channel but different transport and physical channels.
The reason is that UE reads MIB before having any specific knowledge about the cell so MIB must have pre-known fixed frequency-time resources and format. Once UE reads MIB, UE will have enough information to read SIB 1 and upon reading SIB 1 there will be enough information to read the rest of SIBs
