Hi Ericsson experts - quick question on troubleshooting VoLTE mobility.

Is there a PM counter (or set of counters) that lets me track handovers between specific source and target cells within an eNodeB?

I’m trying to pinpoint whether VoLTE drops are tied to particular cell-to-cell handovers, rather than general HO performance.

Any guidance on which counters, traces, or tools to use for this level of granularity would be really helpful.

For VoLTE (QCI 1), you can use the following PM counters at the cell-relation level:

  • EUtranCellRelation.pmHoExeOutAttLteInterFQci1 – counts handover attempts
  • EUtranCellRelation.pmHoExeOutSuccLteInterFQci1 – counts successful handovers

These counters are specifically tied to QCI 1, so they’re directly relevant for analyzing VoLTE performance between particular source and target cells.
