Why in RRC-connected mode, UE still receive paging messages?

I see only UE reading paging message only not sending any reply back to network.

Without RRC connection, there is no data on VoLTE.

UE is downloading, means alreay has RRC connection.

This may be the case when UE is in connected state.

I dont think so.

SIB is broadcasted message and not intended to particular UE.

Connected mode is monitored by UE for any SIB change notifications and incoming/MT VoLTE call.

SIB change notifications can be for modified / updated neighbor PCI or ARFCN or CMAS / ETWS.
