Is it UE or CPE?
UE, but it supports only 4 CSI ports.
Check FGI bit 103.
No special Category? To know if UE support TM9?
UE must be rel10
As TM9 introduced with rel 10 in LTE.
Access stratum release you can check.
Atleast it need to be 10 or greater.

how can we know that once the UE supports TM9, TM9 is actually being used?
Is there a RRC message where we can see that TM9 is on?
