Which IE is commonly used from the DT logs to estimate the VoIP Quality of a VoLTE Call?

Guys.

Which IE is commonly used from the DT logs to estimate the VoIP Quality of a VoLTE Call?

Any idea?

I would say DL SINR and UE TX power will give you a good hint for current UE.

But any call involves 2 UEs so you do not know the other side.

You would need to check RTP packets coming every 20 msec in both directions for both UEs.

The most common cause you will see for SIP BYE is RTP timeout which timer is like 10-15 seconds.

But there are calls surviving even at SINR = -8 dB.

This is also a sign of mute call too or a one way audio, isn’t it?

If you have MDT solution, you can get that.

Yes, it is.

Agreed, the DT results are just for the DL and for the UE used in the test.

It will be surely not E2E.

Current requirement is to add something equivalent of SQI/MOS like in 2G/3G or something which can be retrieved from the DT for VoLTE.

Maybe you can check codec rate.
