When is Erlang traffic calculated?

Hi all

When is Erlang traffic calculated?

Is it after ringing directly or after the other side answers the call?

It’s active call duration.

30-50 Erl average per user for a planning.

When the user B accepts the call.

Didn’t get it…

Any evidence for this?

A calls B.

Once B answers the call is active, or answered.

B party, A Party.

I know, but I think resources is reserved just after ringing.

Do you mean if user B doesn’t answer he should be charged?

Then have GoS* to decide for resources availability.

* Grade of service for lost calls.

Not charging but traffic calculated per cell as Earling traffic.

Changing confirmed after part B answer

I am just confused about traffic calculated per cell as earling traffic.
