Whats is IAB (Integrated Access Backhaul) in 5G?

Hello Experts,
Regarding new IAB (Integrated Access Backhaul) in 5G, does anyone has some explanation with pros and cons?
Whats is the relation with Fronthaul, Midhaul and Backhaul?

IAB means using part of Access Spectrum as Backhaul.

Why do we need to use IAB feature where as we always can use in any sites fibers … ? there’s no limit on using fibers cables regarding to the sits …means at any site can use fiber cables…

What’s the motivation of using IAB and what tradeoff /advantage I get?
