It looks like it is certificates mismatch between OSS and RBS.
You need to recomissioning RBS.
Also install proper license.

A new valid license key file is required for the second alarm.
For the first alarm, update the Node credential certificates. You can check it with “hget trusted content@issuer”
I don’t believe there is a need for recomissioning as it already has remote management access

There are many passwords: ldap, enrollment, rbs_user, …
Which password in particular do you need to change?
The password for user ‘local maintenance’ is required, so I think it would be ‘rbs_user.’
