What PRACH format most 5G operator using?

Short format mostly b4 in FR1.

This is for Nokia I guess.

Huawei and Ericsson are using long format 0.

We are using Format0 for Ericsson and Huawei for TDD N78

Actually some vendors have limitation about what their SW can support or not, but mostly it is not about vendor implementation but coverage use case.

Long preamble are mostly used in scenario of refarmed LTE band ( like format 0 ) or high speed like format 3 or large coverage cell like format 2.

Short format are mostly used for small cell (format b1 ) or normal coverage use case ( b2 b3. And format C etc.

b4, c2 for TDD, long prach format 0 amd 1 for Fdd freqs.

For FR2 b4 or c0 depends on SCS and vendor.
