What is the type of hardware, in this case mainly server, do you use for Virtualization of Router/Switches in a Open RAN 5G environment? And what about software?
My understanding is this server shall be the application processor, as the centralized controller/management agent, connected to the CPU port of the top (main) router/switch. The router/switch should be virtualized and the software/app shall support distributed programming/computing via Docker and Kubernetes programming.
