What is your recommendation on RET configuration on LTE 3CC bands?

With L2600 / L1800 / L800?

In my view:

  • L2600=2
  • L1800=4
  • L800=6

Generally we follow this rule, but need to check other factors as well height clutter type etc.

What if neighbor site is 1CC (L1800)?

Generally:
RET-L2600 = RET-L1800 - 2 or 4

But it depends on Coverage wide & PRB balancing.

It also hugely depends on antenna type.

Output power of each band and how exactly RRU is connected to antenna (one antenna or multiple antennas).
