It’s in default IMS EPS bearer to further proceed for registration for SIP signalling.

In my view I find it in LTE network as well.
Without VoLTE.

If you have, get IMS APN with LTE APN in PDN connectivity.

It is used to get the IP of which p-cscf UE need to connect through PDN.

Indeed, p-cscf for VoLTE and DNS IP for LTE.
