What is time normalized throughput?

Hello Experts.

What is time normalized throughput?

Time-normalized throughput refers to the rate at which data is successfully transmitted and received over the network, normalized over a specific period.

So we can say normalised throughput = all rates - failed rates.

Generally this metric for understanding capacity compatibility of each link above ran element, RF condition is excellent and you need to see high rate but transport capability do not allow it etc.
