What is the nominal value used for T314 & T315 in 3G?

In my network:

Nokia

  • T314: 4s
  • T315: 60s

ZTE

  • T314: 4s
  • T315: 30s

We observed PS drop to be higher in the Nokia.

Whether higher T315 timer can affect PS drop?

In Nokia:

  • T314 : 4 s
  • T315 : 10 s

Drop rate could be, because longer time for re-establishment will decrease the number of denumerator.

In Ericsson:

  • T314 : 6s
  • T315 : 10s
