What is K Factor, Time Stamp = 50% & LOC = 50% in Coverage Prediction Planning?
K factory means number of new users using the network.
It is showing 1.333. So how many new users are here?
The k-factor is a calculation used in both tropospheric and ionospheric propagation:

The k-factor is approximately 4/3.
It is for radiowave propagation (Microwave & Cellulars).
