DSS is temporary solution till date dedicated spectrum not there for NR.

Nokia is having lowest efficiency due to their own algo.
Nokia doesn’t support sharing in 2D 
It supports in time domain and hence efficiency is lower than others.
For Huawei I got some GSM counters, will check.
Like AS3240-avg pwr level for MS.
But it won’t be useful for UE level to check which UE (make) class for GSM
