What is the latency observed for 15 kHz, 30 kHz, 120 kHz and 240 kHz in practical scenarios?
Huawei has enabled URLLC only recently in RAN6.1.
It is likely there isn’t much experience with this.

WE cannot compare SCS directly in terms of latency because very probably for low/mid/high bands will be used different TDD patterns (not to say about frequencies, radio conditions and radio modules with different HW/SW features).
From practical evaluations - see attachment.
But what we can assume that increase in freq. domain will lead in the same decrease in time domain.
In other words, 30kHz should have 2 times lower latency then 15kHz.
In addition 240 kHz not used for data transmission. Only for SSB block transmitting.
