What is the disadvantage of disabling DRX on 4G?
UE will loose battery very soon.
With DRX it will save UE energy.
As UE will not need to awake everytime to read PDCCH.
It may also increase call drop.
Why call drop?
I dont think it’ll impact drop kpi cause release due to UE power will fall under normal release and won’t be taken into account.
