What is the criteria for theshXlow and threshXhigh change of values by SON?

Hi LTE Experts.

What is the criteria for theshXlow and threshXhigh change of values by SON?

Admin note: this post was updated with image below.

It should be for Load Balancing between LTE carriers in idle mode.

Ok, any idea on what is the usual criteria for this?
Like SON checks what stats to decide on this switching?

Load for example: PRB utilisation, number of users.
PUCCH resources also, number of RRC users.
SRS resources also.

Son work in idle mode as well.
Interesting functionality. Which vendor?

Hello Experts.

What is the maximum recommended value of threshxhigh and threshxlow in LTE?

Here are some examples:

bcch-dl-sch
 message -> c1 -> systemInformation
  criticalExtensions -> systemInformation-r8
   sib-TypeAndInfo
    [0] -> sib5
     interFreqCarrierFreqList
      [0]
       dl-CarrierFreq : 9310
       q-RxLevMin : -61
       t-ReselectionEUTRA : 2
       threshX-High : 3
       threshX-Low : 2
       allowedMeasBandwidth : mbw50
       presenceAntennaPort1 : false
       cellReselectionPriority : 4
       neighCellConfig
        neighCellConfig : The MBSFN subframe allocations of all neighbour cells are identical to or subsets of that in the serving cell

      [3]
       dl-CarrierFreq : 3000
       q-RxLevMin : -64
       t-ReselectionEUTRA : 2
       threshX-High : 8

Depends on layer in SIB5 and mobility strategy.

What if thresholds are too aggressive like above 15 dB?

How does it affect UE performance?

It will make reselection easier to higher or lower priority layers.
