What is the acceptable PS drop for 3G network?
It depends on the network and country regulation.
Usually between 0.2% and 0.4%, for 3G.
I found in Huawei 3G network that the most sites have PS drop over 5%.
I know that for increase this KPI is necessary change the power UL and this action can increase RTWP, and disbalancing DL UL
