If related to Cost, so it might be Total Cost Only for “new” program / project / buying and etc , in selected period years (In example 5 years or more
Just to simplify. Year 1 : Cost component from CAPEX and OPEX, Then Year 2 : CAPEX (Which might be and usually lower than Year 1) and OPEX, Year 3 and Year 5 : OPEX only
