Hi Experts.

In terms of tb size, can anyone explain what is max or min requirements of tb size for activating or deactivate scell or when Mac ce calls come?

Per understanding:

Tb size decide by scheduler /can be manually.
It’s based on Mcs, RB, ant config, pdcch symbol.

Let suppose you want if 500mb in pipe it drained by pcell but if it’s more than that activate scell.
Algorithms work accordingly that.
