Throughput is limited by AMBR.

Yes. At PGW.
In HSS per IMSI based.
PGW enforces it. UE-AMBR and APN-AMBR in HSS profiles per IMSI.
anybody knows what is the difference btw extended and extended -2?
Do you know how to get APN AMBR values in 5G NSA L3 message? I saw the values of APN ABMR in LTE NAS signalling , but I think this is the threshold of 4G LTE due to UE use LTE first in NSA , In fact, we still collect many samples with value higher than threshold.
This is Aggregate Maximum Bit Rate (AMBR) is the total maximum bit rate of all Non-GBR connections for that particular APN .For an example.IMS APN this value is the SIP signalling max load.Simply putting it Maximum rate of QCI 5.
