Network could release NR leg if avg (tx power higher than threshold for certain time) to ensure voice continuity on cell border only.

Huawei does it based on Packet Loss.
Either DL or UL.

It’s purely configuration choice, you can keep, you can release.

It is due to UL power only, just checked.

When UE works in EN-DC mode, UL coverage on LTE side may be impacted if UE is not supporting Dynamic Power Sharing for EN-DC band combinations.

Nokia support adding back EN-DC after VoLTE call is completed.
