In LTE CA, what does Composite Available Capacity mean in SCC_SELECTION_PRIORITY?

It’s Samsung specific term.

CAC = 100 - cell load.

So it is dynamic and selects the SCC based on cell load in realtime?

CAC headroom: Composite avaliable capacity, it is used in Nokia as well.

And same formula 100 - cell load.

SCC selection is done based on CAC.

But once SCC selected and configured it is not changed in real time.

We can tune CAC headroom and delta CAC based on this, it works, or you can say based on cell load.

It is part of AMLEPR- Activate moad load equalization profile.
