What could be the reason for msg2 failure rapid mismatch?
So, it is not reason: ra timer expired.

Rapid mismatch means base station decoding wrong preamble id.
Checking gps or ptp timings.

I’m looking at UE Log?

In msg 1 check preamble index that should match with rapid recieved in msg2.
