What are the reasons of SCG Failure with RLC max trans cause in 5G NSA?

Not so Bad RF condition…

SS RSRP -105 dBm and SS SINR 5 dB.

DL has nothing to do with UL.

There can be strong interference in UL no matter if FDD or TDD.

Check your UL TX power and you will see it is max.

Because of the UL TX Power?

Have you check parameter for RLC maxretxthreshold value?

It need to be max t32.

The UE initiated SCG Failures which are mostly related to uplink problems.

The gNB initiated SCG Failures which are mostly related to downlink problems.

Your issue seems to be more toward Uplink.

Need to check Uplink Quality / Interference etc.
