Hello experts, what are the reasons for soft handover failure other than scrambling code issue and defination issue? Also any counter to check the reason ?
May be distribution of carrier pools.
May be hanging that can be solved with restart

If the sector fails with all relations then restart this sector and the site of that sector… If it fails with one target only… Check if that target if all its neighbours can’t handover to it… So the target here may need restart
Actually failure observed when traffic increases, in lean hour there is no issue.
-Check if there is relation with 2 Neighbors with same scrambling code
-delete and redefine the neighbors
Check congestion and admission at target
