What are the optimal applications of DAS?
Mainly It’s a shared infra model for increasing in-building capacity (primarily) and coverages (secondary). Ex like inside a stadium or concert halls.
Also , the outdoor DAS system is used for coverage for outdoor places where it’s difficult to build towers for places like historic places or resorts.
Further, they are classified as Active DAS(hybrid fiber-coaxial cables used), Passive DAS (Coaxial cables only used), depending upon their system implementation.
