For all complaints of mute calls, voice breaks we observed if RSRQ is above -16/-17 then UE will have issues on VoLTE irrespective of RSRP.

It’s observed at poor SINR (-4 to -6 db ) RTP packets having dl/ul bytes reached 0 reason for most of volte issues in field.

I seen same correlation in edat tool where we can see RTP packet field as well.
By coverage optimization we can kill most of VoLTE related issues.

I remember we fine tuned B1 time to trigger for cells having poor SRVCC SR.
We have -118 PS and -114 VoLTE.
We are throwing VoLTE users early from TDD layer, i.e. at -104 ie A2 and B1 threshold -106.
We kept all VoLTE traffic on FDD only no VoLTE on TDD.
So SRVCC to 2G/3G I am keeping -118/-120 why to have leakage.
