What are good SRVCC parameters or any others parameters to eliminate drop call?

Hello Experts.

What are good SRVCC parameters or any others parameters to eliminate drop call?

You don’t have good parameters for SRVCC.

You need to change the trigger to SRVCC or keep your call in VoLTE for more time.

We need to do an SRVCC test.

If it work correctly or not.

But we can’t succeed to see the SRVCC, mean test is fail even we was decreasing the threshold till -65 but no way?

Sometimes is difficult to troubleshoot but here some points from my point of view that you must check:

  • Is the problem for all sites or just few?
  • Is your Sv interface (CS Core - MME) active/working?
  • Is VoLTE active on your source site? And HO from LTE to WCDMA active? Some vendors could have different flags for activation.
  • Verify that SRVCC feature is activated.
  • Source cell has 3G Neighbors defined and active?
  • On CORE side the TACs from 4G are declared as neighbors to the LACs on 3G side?
  • Check your A2 event triggering conditions → a2-Threshold for QCI1, hysteresis
  • Check your B2 event triggering conditions, this is like A5 event, the UE must fullfil thresholds on Source Cell (b2-Threshold1) AND Target Cell (depends if you are using RSCP or EcN0).

Hope these recommendations could help.
