Can you suggest some ways to move the UE out of bad coverage quickly?
Like we can reduce the N310, to try for the better cell if available through reestablishment?
Or like RSRQ based methods for HO?
Better way is to fine tune A5 RSRP based threshold for connected mode intra / inter Freq HO. That is faster way.
N310 trigger with RLF leads to re-establishment to same serving cell or target cell but connection will break as UE context will reassign and UE need to reconfigure existing bearer.
A5 is better but not quicker.
A3 is quicker.
A3 with blind handover is quickest.
