VAMOS Subchannel Information

Hello!
From BSC-traces (Ericsson) between BSC and BTS we see this parameter:
VAMOS Subchannel Information{77}
And we can see that this parameter can have three values:

78 (H'4E) - or  0110 1110 
110 (H'6E) - or 0100 1110 
38 (H'26) - or  0010 0110

Please share what means these values who know it. Or maybe someone has bitwise information.
