Using FTP for Nokia Baseband Module Reset or SSH Enablement

Hello everyone,

Is it possible to use an FTP connection to reset a Nokia baseband module (e.g., FSMF)?
Alternatively, can an FTP connection be used to enable SSH without accessing the web interface?
