UL throughput reference for different FDD bandwidths

Hi Experts,
In 38.521-4 we can see DL throughput reference.
Can someone tell which spec to see for UL throughput reference for different FDD bandwidths?

I thought NR throughput calculation is based on 3GPP TS 38.306.

I mean 38.521 has performance requirements for DL.
